It is a temporary solution, but it can be critical in helping people to stabilise their situation and take the first steps towards finding more permanent accommodation.
At Birch Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home. That’s why we are committed to providing crisis accommodation to those in need. Our goal is to create a network of crisis accommodation centres across Australia, providing a safe and secure environment for people who are experiencing homelessness.
We know that crisis accommodation is just one part of the solution to homelessness. Our 5-year projection shows that we can achieve our goal of providing crisis accommodation across Australia by 2026. This is an ambitious goal, but one that we believe is achievable with the support of our community.
