About The Expo

What is the Care & Lifestyle Expo?

The Care & Lifestyle Expo is an initiative by the Birch Foundation, a non-profit charity committed to supporting individuals and families across our communities. The Care & Lifestyle Expo was created in response to the growing need for accessible, trusted support services within our local communities. With so many families and individuals seeking help navigating the NDIS, aged care, allied health, advocacy, and government services, we saw a gap — and an opportunity. Our main purpose is simple: to connect locals with the services they need. Whether it's finding the right aged care provider, accessing NDIS support, learning about allied health options, or engaging with advocacy and community groups, the Expo brings everything together in one welcoming space. The Care & Lifestyle Expo is about empowering the community — offering real connections, practical information, and the chance to discover what’s available locally to improve quality of life.

As a Care & Lifestyle Expo exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to promote your business, meet potential clients, build genuine relationships and connect with other local businesses, charities and community organisations. Best of all, 100% of exhibitor site fees go directly back into Birch Foundation’s community programs and services. By exhibiting, you’re not only growing your brand — you’re helping make a positive difference in your local community.

Important Information

  • Insurance: Participants must have current public and product liability insurance with minimum $10M cover.
  • Setup: Setup from 9:20 AM on event day. 1.8m trestle table and 2 chairs provided.
  • Pack-up: Move-out strictly between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM.
  • Allocation: Sites allocated on first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds within 14 days of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellations 15–21 days before with valid written reason.
  • Bookings may be transferred to another upcoming event subject to availability.
